Located in Denver, CollegeInvest was created by the State of Colorado in 1979. It is a division of the Colorado Department of Higher Education and is an education financing resource center that provides information, financial planning tools and scholarships. It also provides tax advantaged college savings plans, and low-cost student and parent loans. The center offers a wide range of programs to address the challenges students and their parents face regarding the affordability of and access to higher education.
