Founded in 1983, the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund is a private nonprofit organization that provides loans, capital and technical assistance services. It has loaned more than $100 million to residents in manufactured housing parks, small-business owners and micro-entrepreneurs, nonprofit housing developers, individuals with disabilities, childcare centers and other critical nonprofit facilities. The organization is one of the Community Development Financial Institutions that serves the state of New Hampshire.
