DML Mortgages was founded by David M. Lichtman, a graduate of Michigan State University, Universidad de Denia and Universidad Extremadura, Spain. Lichtman has been in the mortgage business for more than 20 years.
Mr. Lichtman's DML Mortgage business has a footprint in the throughout the tri-state area and beyond with approximately a billion dollars in mortgage loans closed.
With more than 10,000 individual loans closed also, DML Mortgage has assisted numerous people in achieving their dream of home ownership.
Services include sales, underwriting and processing support. DML is currently licensed in and since 1987 has had sales support staff loan officers and loan originators in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Florida.
The Yorktown office is located directly across from Town Hall at the Courtyard at Underhill.
