Bio: Cindy T. Carvalho is a fifth generation native to Denver, Colorado and has been with TransLending Corporation over eleven years. Cindy has 20 years of commercial mortgage banking and appraisal experience, beginning in 1984, when she started working as a commercial loan packager for large commercial loans at one of Denver's oldest and most venerable commercial real estate firms. Throughout the late 1980's Cindy was a commercial fee appraiser. She earned her MAI designation in 1992 and then worked as a Commercial Loan Analyst for office buildings, industrial and retail transactions. She came to TransLending in 1996 to originate her own transactions because of the opportunity to work with Jack Wiederecht and TransLending's extensive investor base. Cindy specializes in apartment loans from $400, 000 to $20, 000, 000 nationwide: she has closed loans in Alaska, Florida, Georgia, California, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming and South Carolina.Trans Lending Corporation was founded by Jack Wiederecht in 1989. The company was developed to fulfill a need for commercial lending in the Denver area and surrounding states during the economic downturn of the late eighties. Nationally, lending institutions had tightened credit and borrowers that were looking to purchase or refinance income-producing properties found times difficult.
