On September 3, 1901, a charter was granted to the Thurmond State Bank in Sayre, Okla., and a few days later the bank was reorganized into The First National Bank. Under its current name, Interbank, it has now grown to include four offices located in Elk City, Clinton, Hobart and Sayre, Okla.
